DentalCanvas Subscription Cancellation Policy

DentalCanvas is sold as a monthly software subscription, per practice. Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel — there is nothing shipped and nothing to return.

How to cancel

Cancel anytime from the link in your order confirmation email, or contact us through the details on our Contact page. Cancellation stops your next monthly charge, and you keep access through the end of the period you have already paid for. There are no cancellation fees.

The first 30 days

Every subscription includes a 30-day money-back guarantee — see our Refund policy. If you cancel within the first 30 days and request a refund, your first month is refunded in full.

One-time services

One-time services, such as Done-For-You Installation & Setup, can be canceled for a full refund until the installation work has been scheduled with your practice.
