DentalCanvas Money-Back Guarantee

Every DentalCanvas subscription includes a 30-day money-back guarantee. If DentalCanvas is not working for your practice in the first 30 days, contact us by replying to your order confirmation email (or through the contact details on our Contact page) and we will refund your first month in full — no calls, no forms, no questions.

Cancellation

After the first 30 days, you can cancel anytime from the link in your order confirmation email or by contacting us. Cancellation stops your next monthly charge, and you keep access through the end of the period you have already paid for.

One-time services

One-time services, such as Done-For-You Installation & Setup, are refundable in full until the installation work has been scheduled with your practice.

How refunds are issued

Refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days.
