30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all DentalCanvas purchases. If DentalCanvas doesn't meet your expectations within 30 days of purchase, contact our support team for a full refund.

Eligibility for Refund

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions apply:

• Refund request must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date
• You must provide your order number and the email address used for purchase
• If a technical issue prevents DentalCanvas from working with your Open Dental setup, our support team will first attempt to resolve the issue

How Refunds Work

• Refunds are processed to the original payment method
• Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement
• Upon refund, your license key will be deactivated

Tier Upgrades

If you purchased a lower tier and want to upgrade, you only pay the difference between tiers. Contact our support team to process an upgrade. Upgrades are not eligible for refund of the original tier purchase if requested after 30 days.

What's Not Covered

• Requests made after the 30-day window
• Issues caused by incompatible hardware or network configurations that our support team cannot resolve
• Purchases where the license key has been shared with or transferred to another practice

Technical Support

Before requesting a refund for technical issues, we strongly encourage reaching out to our support team. Most issues — including database connection problems, version compatibility, and installation errors — can be resolved quickly. DentalCanvas supports Open Dental versions 18 through 26 and auto-detects your database schema.
